Once you place your order, the first box of your subscription will reach you within 3-7 business days after it is shipped. If it has exceeded 7 business days and you haven't received your box, We are available on Whats App... Click here to text>, and we will prioritise your box for you.
Regarding the corresponding boxes of your subscription, it will be shipped by the 25th of the previous month so that it reaches you within the first week of every new month.
Ex: If your second box is expected in September, it will be shipped from our warehouse by 25th of August so that it reaches you by the first week of September.
In case the box does not reach you in the first week of the new month, then please drop us a message with your registered contact number or email ID and we will look into it.
Once the boxes are shipped from our warehouse, you will be notified via SMS and Email. You will also be provided with a tracking link. Alternatively, you can log in to your account Flintobox page and get all your tracking information there.

Estimated Delivery Days:
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3-7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
