Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription. If you are unhappy with our product or service, please let us know what went wrong and we'll do whatever it takes to make it better/fix it. 

If you still want to cancel your subscription for other reasons, you can, of course, cancel before receiving the box for that month. Once you cancel, your balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account, after deducting for the delivered boxes at the price of one-month subscription.

If you had paid for the subscription online, your refund will be processed within 3-4 working days.

If you had used the cash on delivery payment option, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 10 working days.

Just in case the box has already been shipped, please do not accept the courier.

Once the box reaches us (which can take a maximum of 7 days) We will take care of the logistics and return your money to your bank account / credit card.

The number of working days required to process the refund is the same as mentioned earlier.
