Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes you can cancel your subscription. If you are unhappy with our product or service, please let us know what went wrong and we'll do whatever it takes to make it better/fix it. 

If you still want to cancel your subscription for other reasons, you can, of course, cancel before receiving the box for that month. Once you cancel, your balance amount from the subscription will be refunded to your account, after deducting for the delivered boxes at the price of one-month subscription.

If you had paid for the subscription online, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

If you had used the cash on delivery payment option, your refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days once we receive your bank details to process the same.

Please note that we won't be able to refund the money for a box that has already been shipped.

Write to us at care@flintobox.com along with the reason why you wish to cancel your subscription and we will do the needful.
