Can I return/exchange the box?
Once the box is shipped, it cannot be returned/exchanged.
But yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, write to us at care@flintobox.com with your order ID / registered phone number and the reason for cancellation. Once we receive the information, We will do the needful regarding the cancellation of your order within 48 hours for the remaining undelivered boxes of your subscription.
