Can I return/exchange the box?

Once the box is shipped, it cannot be returned/exchanged.

But yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, just click here and leave a message on chat with your order ID / registered phone number and the reason for cancellation. Once we receive the information, We will do the needful regarding the cancellation of your order within 48 hours for the remaining undelivered boxes of your subscription.

Note: Currently, Our office is temporarily closed due to the National Lockdown announced by the Government. Please be assured that we will process your requests once our office reopens.
