Page says 'delivered'. But I didn't receive the box.

If your account page says delivered, then it's most likely delivered. There are chances that your Flintobox has been delivered to a neighbour, watchman in your apartment, etc. However, in an unlikely event that you haven’t received your box, please let us know and we will check with our shipping department on returns or address mismatches. We will reship your Flintobox immediately.  

Note: Due to the extension of lock-down announced by the Govt, all our shipping vendors are temporarily non-operational. Please be assured that your order is safe and we will do the needful to ensure that the boxes are delivered once the situation is back to normal.
