Items are missing in my box. Will you reship?

Every single Flintobox goes through a 10-step quality check. It's unusual for things to go missing in the box. Sometimes children in the excitement of receiving Flintobox, open it with such force that they scatter the contents in all directions.  If that wasn't your case, and if you find that some item is missing, then don't worry! Please inform us and we will promptly ship the missing contents after looking into the matter. 

Note: Due to the extension of lock-down announced by the Govt, all our shipping vendors are temporarily non-operational. Please be assured that your order is safe and we will do the needful to ensure that the boxes are delivered once the situation is back to normal.
